Procrastination leads to yet another ridiculous blog.

Society establishes a lot of unspeakable rules that enforce people to believe what is to be considered ethically the "right thing to do". This post is not about being ethically responsible or how different societies believe they're way of living shall be exalted. It's just fascinating to observe certain characteristics people begin to carry once they realize they are being viewed. Before you ask, "Obviously people are going to react differently in a public setting than in their private Idaho, what's your point?" this is directed towards individuals who refuse to accept the fact that they are willing to camouflage into the rest of society to conceal their true identity.

Plenty of people have handled stigmas of their professions, lifestyles or preferences respectfully with reason. Social groups and social control are very different from each other. Social life is like a game, for it consists of rules and penalties for violating those rules. The game is already in progress when we are born, and because it is the only game in town, we have little choice but to play it. Our life consists of learning how to play the game set out for us-and also of learning that there are subgames and how we can escape into them.

Expectations enforce the greater good. Some people fail to meet some expectations and are viewed in a different way.

Enough with the linguistics...it's getting late...moral of the story is...

Let's face it. You're most likely an adult. If you're going to put on a front, prepare to be exposed. You know who you are.

    • Certain people have extraordinary potential, but absolutely no motivation to use it.
    • Make no apologies for the person you've become.

Insightful, useless quotes of the week:

    • "You seem like you have a tenuous grasp on the English language."
    • Dayman, fighter of the Nightman. Champion of the sun. You're a master of karate and friendship for everyone.
    • "How will we ever know for sure we can't eat away our feelings if we stop trying?"

Satisfied with the fact that Rick Santorum ended his campaign for the Republican Presidential Nomination. Even in defeat, he still believes that "he won in a different way". Waiting for someone to burst out and say, "That's a shame, I liked his position on human suffering." The media covers candidates and any political members 24/7. If any runner for the House is unable to handle that before they reach their hopeful destination, chances are they aren't going to survive if elected.

Santorum profoundly frightened me. He goes way beyond the fundamental disagreements of liberal versus conservatives. I enjoy having conversations with rational conservatives who make me rethink my views and, occasionally, modify them.

Tonight America's first lady, Michelle Obama was on the Colbert Report and by chance I randomly tuned in without any prior knowledge. She diplomatically spoke about a few topics the audience would have expected- childhood obesity, military employment post-war, and parenting. Best segment was  her reaction when Colbert asked about how her husband would feel about this interview. It's 6:02 and I have plans before work which is in less than a stack of hours. So long.
